The change control coordinator is committed to maintaining seamless change control, supporting cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all customer requirements are met accurately and on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a feeder position for Production Supervisor, Supply Chain Planner, Engineering and/or POMs within 1 to 2 years.Responsibilities&ActivitiesOutline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities Responsibility 1:Assist in defining metricsDefine Term and ObjectivesEnsure metric attainment and customer satisfactionAchieve and exceed manufacturing and quality metricsAble to use PFMEA tool to assess and mitigate potential failure in manufacturing processesManage inventoryGet an operator's viewpoint in the design of the cell, taking ownership of the cell getting set up.
