Position: Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) Location: Dahlgren, VA Job Description: The Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance and user support within a DoD or Federal help desk environment. This role ensures efficient resolution of customer issues, manages service requests using enterprise-level help desk tools, and supports mission-critical IT operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards. Requirements: Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience providing Help Desk support in Industry, Federal, or DoD environments. Proficient in the use of enterprise service management systems such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management. Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification requirements and possess (or be eligible for) a Tier 3 (T3) security clearance.
