Land Intern - Summer 2026

We have opportunities across our various Divisions located throughout the Southeast. Position Summary: To assist the Land Acquisition Team to supply the division with the best sites at the best price at the right time. What You'll Assist With:. * Maintain lot market information (zoning, price, terms and competition). * Identify parcels and lots to determine community feasibility * Meet with seller to discuss requested deal terms and seller motivation * Prepare contracts on favorable land deals * Present lot and land purchase opportunities to division President. * Participate in division and asset committee review and acceptance * Complete due diligence checklist * Prepare life of community budget, asset community transmittal and asset committee book * Obtain HUD and VA approval * Determine needed changes to lot takedowns Education: We're looking for students currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Real Estate.
