Content Creator / Media SpecialistVideo Production | Photography | Advertising | Motion GraphicsLocation: GRITR - North Richland Hills, TXSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling)Compensation: Starting at $21/hour + comprehensive benefits package(This role is hands-on and in-person. No remote work options.)About GRITRGRITR is a fast-growing brand in the sports and outdoors industry, operating one of the largest firearms storefronts and shooting ranges in DFW while continuing to scale our e-commerce and private label presence.As we expand, we are significantly increasing our in-house media production - with a focus on creating high-quality content that supports advertising, product launches, and brand growth across Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other digital platforms.The OpportunityWe are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator who can help us produce engaging media content that not only looks great - but performs.This role blends creative storytelling with marketing execution. You will contribute to photography, videography, editing, and ad-ready content production while collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams.If you enjoy creating compelling visuals and are interested in learning how content drives revenue through advertising, this role offers room to grow.What You'll DoMedia ProductionCapture high-quality product photography (lifestyle and white background)Film and edit promotional videos and product demonstrationsProduce short-form video content for advertising and social mediaDevelop motion graphics or simple 2D/3D animations when neededAssist in product renderings and creative assets for private label projectsAdvertising & Platform ContentCreate ad-ready creatives for Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other platformsCollaborate on testing different creative angles and formatsSupport social media posting and campaign executionOptimize content for various placements and audience typesCollaboration & ExecutionWork with marketing and product teams to execute campaign conceptsMaintain organized digital asset systemsEnsure projects are delivered on time with strong attention to detailQualificationsExperience in at least some of the following:PhotographyVideographyVideo editingAdvertising creativeMotion graphics (After Effects or similar tools a plus)Social media content or paid adsTechnical SkillsAdobe Creative Cloud proficiencyPremiere Pro requiredPhotoshop and Illustrator preferredAfter Effects or animation experience is a plusAdditional RequirementsComfortable occasionally appearing on camera if neededStrong understanding of lighting, composition, and editingOrganized, proactive, and deadline-driven18+ years old (21+ preferred)Authorized to work in the United StatesLegally eligible to handle firearmsWilling to complete background checks and drug screeningsPortfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)What We OfferCompetitive starting pay ($21/hour)Comprehensive benefits package (insurance, 401K, PTO, employee perks)Hands-on production environmentGrowth opportunities within a scaling media and marketing teamThe ability to directly impact brand growth and campaign performanceHow to ApplySubmit your resume and portfolio showcasing relevant work in photography, videography, editing, motion graphics, or advertising creative.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementGRITR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
