Objective of the Role The Restaurant Manager will serve as the operational cornerstone, orchestrating seamless service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of Italian hospitality. They will work closely with the Italian chef to ensure the authentic vision of the restaurant is realized in every guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the 150-seat restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards Collaborate with the Italian chef to maintain menu integrity and coordinate operations Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team Manage inventory, costs, and budgets while maximizing profitability Handle guest relations and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies Oversee private events and special programming Requirements Minimum 5 years of management experience in upscale dining Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience Expert knowledge of wine and Italian cuisine ServSafe certification Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
