We are not the direct employer.Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining advanced 12-volt electronic and IoT systems on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment nationwide. This role requires adaptability, strong technical skills, and a willingness to travel extensively while representing the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electronic and IoT technology systems on heavy equipment.Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.Use diagnostic computers and software to configure and resolve system issues.Document all service work accurately using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools.Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure satisfaction.Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries with operations support.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in 12-volt electronics, automotive, mechanical, or related technical work.Strong troubleshooting skills with basic electrical knowledge (DVOM testing, battery systems, 1248 volt DC power).Understanding of hydraulics and electrical drive systems.Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.Willingness to travel nationwide (overnight, weekends, and overtime required).Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and digital documentation.Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in varied environments.AssetsExperience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty vehicles.Formal technical training or certification in automotive, electrical, or electronics repair.Prior field service or mobile installation experience.Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $22.00$28.00 per hour (USD).Benefits package (health, dental, retirement options may apply).Training and career advancement opportunities.Recruitment Scope For Local CandidatesApply directly without consultation fees.Standard screening and shortlisting process applies.
