About the JobLeasing & Marketing Agent [4219]Residential property management company based in McLean, VA seeks a Leasing Agent to assist with the tenant leasing process. This role operates between various properties in the DMV area.Responsibilities:Arrange apartment visits, conduct property showings, and lease rental units.Evaluate condition of units and prepare for tenant move in.Address tenant inquiries regarding rental units.Establish strong relationship with prospective and current residents.Assist in implementation and development of advertisements and special promotions.Prepare market survey and track responses.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Professional and positive attitude.Ability to collaborate effectively.Customer-service oriented.Strong problem-solving skills.Requirements:Previous leasing experience.Salary: $60,000 per year.Not the right role for you?
