Makes appropriate corrections to systems to satisfy system edit requirements and resubmit claims as needed.Posts payments and adjustments in billing databases; prepares batches for posting.Maintains active communication with patient and third-party carriers until account is paid or referred to other appropriate agency for further collection activity.Investigates and analysis problem accounts. Researches accounts and resolves disputes.Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB's) and follows up on open accounts with insurance company to resolve and pending issues.EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
