Job ID: Position Details: Job Title : Project Engineer Location : Orlando, FL Client: Lockheed Martin Contract : 06 Months Contract Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens or Perm Residents Shift: 4/10-1st 7am-4pmPosition Summary: Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Agile Execution Leader Serving as Agile champion and coach for leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters Driving Agile adoption, continuous improvement, and process discipline Partnering with IPT Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align strategy, vision, and execution Facilitating PI Planning, supporting PI execution, and tracking success metrics Managing capacity/demand clarity, removing impediments, and resolving cross-team dependencies Basic Qualifications: Experience managing SW/HW-intensive development programs with cost, schedule, and technical accountability Agile/DevSecOps experience (SAFe framework, Jira/JQL proficiency) Proven coaching/leadership of teams to meet process and performance commitments Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred: SAFe RTE certification and experience leading multiple Agile teams Product management knowledge and EVMS Agile experience Metrics-driven improvement mindset (Jira reporting) Digital transformation leadership delivering affordability, cost, and timeline reductions Willing to open to full remote for candidates with 8+ years experience as an RTE
