Responsibilities This position is based at the PCA Box Plant in Richmond, PA and involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including: Diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Performing preventive maintenance activities and responding to breakdown calls in a fast-paced production environment. Collaborating with a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Developing multi-craft skills through company-provided training. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.
