The current Tax Manager will remain involved, providing a perfect opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant to grow into a managerial role.Responsibilities:• Prepare and review tax returns• Assist in tax planning and strategy• Collaborate with the current Tax Manager for a smooth transition• Stay updated with tax laws and regulations• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional serviceQualifications Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of total experience in public accounting• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Tax Accountant in smaller firms• Experience reviewing tax returns• CPA or EA certification required• Must be within a 1-hour commute to Glendale, CAWhy is This a Great OpportunityCompensation and Benefits:• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 plus benefits• 100% insurance coverage (family at their own cost)• Dental and vision insurance• $50,000 life insurance• 2 weeks PTO starting, plus sick leave• 10-12 holidays per year• 4% 401k match
