Job Type Full-timeDescription Maintain physical condition and appearance of all buildings and groundsConduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsDiagnose, troubleshoots, and repair facility and vehicle issuesUse various hand and power tools, testing instruments, and equipmentPerform snow/ice removal, landscaping, general cleaning, and janitorial oversightMonitor and support building safety and security protocolsCoordinate event setup and furniture/equipment movingManage vehicle maintenance: oil changes, tire service, and scheduling manufacturer serviceDrive service vehicles to various Hi-Hope locations as neededOrder and manage parts, supplies, and vendor coordinationBe willing to be On Call at anytime for Maintenance Emergencies to all buildings and groundsRequirements High School Diploma or GED (Required)2-4 years of related facilities and vehicle maintenance experienceBasic computer skills requiredMust be 21 years or olderValid Georgia Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)CPR/First Aid/AED certification (training provided)Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, TB test, and background checkMust have reliable transportationSalary Description $20 to $ 28 per hour depending on experience
