Litigation - Business

Business Litigation Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of general litigation experience, including experience with basic and complex litigation documents, federal and state court procedural rules and practices, arbitration practice (JAMS, AAA, etc.), preparing answers, motions, and other routine filings, as well as handling hearings and depositions. The candidate should also have significant experience in energy construction, real estate and/or banking industries. Significant case management experience is essential.Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
