Litigation Paralegal

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy insurance defense firm.The successful candidate will assist attorneys throughout the entire lifecycle of a case, from pre-suit through litigation, trial preparation, and trial. Qualifications: Experience using the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, CourtMAP, and PACERProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and case management softwareReading and summarizing medical records and billing recordsPreparing subpoenasOrganizing and preparing exhibits for hearings and trialsConducting witness interviewsPreparing discovery motionsHybrid work schedule availableMust be willing to commute to our downtown Fort Lauderdale office at least two days per weekBilling Requirement:72 billable hours Compensation & Benefits: Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000, based on experienceHighly competitive compensationFull benefits package
