This role requires a deep understanding of organizational culture, change management, and systems-building excellence.The EVP will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen connection, alignment and performance across Orchestra, including enterprise learning and development, leadership and manager effectiveness, internal engagement, and cultural integration across operating companies.As an EVP you'll manage a team of culture and learning leaders and will partner closely with senior leaders across Orchestra to foster a cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSAs the Executive Vice President, Culture, you will...Culture Strategy and Enterprise CohesionDevelop and execute comprehensive culture strategies and operational plans that align with Orchestra's business objectives, values and long-term goalsStrengthen shared cultural norms, behaviors and connection points that support a unified employee experience across the networkLead cultural integration during mergers, acquisitions and network expansion activities, including assessing potential acquisitions for culture fit and ensuring seamless transitions into a cohesive, high-performing cultureLearning, Leadership Development, and Culture ProgrammingOversee enterprise-wide learning and development efforts, including leadership development, manager training, onboarding learning experiences and core learning pathwaysEnsure learning programs build organizational capacity, improve effectiveness and support collaboration across teams and operating companiesOversee the design, implementation and evaluation of culture-related programs, including employee engagement, leadership development, recognition, wellness and inclusion initiativesDevelop scalable systems and traditions that strengthen belonging, trust and alignment across OrchestraChange Management and Operational ExecutionLead organizational change efforts, managing resistance and driving the adoption of new cultural initiatives, processes, and behaviorsTeam Leadership and Cross-Functional PartnershipBuild, develop and lead a high-performing culture team responsible for implementing culture strategy and operationsDirectly manage senior team members, including the SVP of Culture Operations and the Director of Learning & DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and success in cultural initiativesPartner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure culture and learning efforts are aligned with broader people systems and the employee experienceChampion an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture, embedding equity and belonging into all culture strategies and initiativesCollaborate with HR leadership to support a positive, engaging workplace environmentESSENTIAL SKILLSProven track record leading culture transformation initiatives in complex, fast-growing organizations, particularly in multi-entity or M&A environmentsStrong understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement and the role of learning and leadership development in driving performanceDemonstrated experience developing and implementing culture, inclusion and leadership initiatives at scaleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using metrics to guide strategy and decision-makingExceptional program management and organizational skills to oversee complex, multi-faceted initiativesExperience leading change management efforts and fostering adoption of new processes and cultural normsAbility to build and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferredWORKING AT ORCHESTRASalary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $200,000-$235,000Executive Vice Presidents are eligible for end-of-year bonuses based on firm, team, and individual performance.#LI-BM1#LI-HybridOrchestra is the first communications company built for today's media landscape.
