Description: You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management Team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end contract solutions that support critical defense programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, providing expert business advice, and ensuring strict compliance across all phases of contract execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Manage the complete contract process from capture through proposal, award, and administration. * Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to align contract strategy with business objectives. * Negotiate terms, monitor performance, and resolve contractual issues with customers and internal stakeholders. * Lead and support internal and external audits to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. * Produce contractual data reports and support training initiatives on contract best practices. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
