Property ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including garden style office, retail and some small casinos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of properties, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and maximizing property value.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of assigned propertiesCoordinate maintenance and repairs while ensuring high tenant satisfactionConduct regular property inspections to maintain standardsPrepare and manage property budgetsOversee tenant leasing process, including screening and lease agreementsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenantsManage vendor relationships and negotiate service contractsQualificationsCertified Property Manager (CPM) designationActive Nevada Real Estate LicenseMinimum of 3 years of property management experienceStrong knowledge of property management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksExperience in commercial property management is a plusFamiliarity with retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties is a plus
