Role descriptionPosition SummaryThe Fraud Technology team is looking for senior level Delivery LeadProjectPortfolio Manager with a track record of delivering technology solutions Requirements include 8 years of experience preferably in the financial industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects utilizing Agile methodology As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and delivery of the projects that deliver on business objectives Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives coordinating delivery managing risks complying with change standards managing project budgets and providing end to end visibility into the health of the project Ensuring the project stays with the scope of the delivery objectives as well as defining the timelines milestones and dependencies is a critical part of this role Having a solid grasp on what it takes to deliver technical solution to resolve business needs is a must Experience with delivery of systemsapplications in the Agile environment is also a requirement Understanding the business needs and priorities while working with the key stakeholders including project sponsors execution leads product owners delivery leads architects analysts and developers to achieve those priorities Perform design reviews lead JAD sessions and ensuring the requirements are met is also part of the job responsibilities Candidates must possess advanced problemsolving skills the willingness to learn and ability to communicate verbally effectively and concisely and in writtenpresentation format Having a solid grasp on what it takes to deliver technical solution to resolve business needs is a must The candidate will be working in a supportive and transparent team environment while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to engage and influence teams across technology and the businessRequired Skills48 years experience as a Project ManagerDelivery LeadExperience working on a team with the Agile Methodology is a must haveHands on experience in delivering technical solutionsLeading the projects involving stakeholders business owners developers business analysts product owners QA and UAT specialistsExperience with tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA SharePoint WIKI ALM for requirements and SDLC knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements and issue trackingDesired SkillsFinancial Services Banking industry experience a plusFraud Detection Prevention Servicing andor claims experience a plusBank of America change management procedures and project tracking toolsLocationDelaware Newark DE preferredNew Jersey Pennington Jersey CityDallas TX Plano AddisonCharlotte NCJacksonville FL
