Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Dallas / Fort Worth, TX | Department: Construction | Reporting to: VP of Development and Delivery | Work Location Type: #hybrid The Project Controls Manager leads schedule, cost, and document control for complex, mission-critical data center projects. This role owns baseline scheduling, forecasting, and risk management delivering the data-driven insights that keep large-scale builds with advanced power and cooling systems on track. Partnering across project management, engineering, construction, and commissioning, you'll play a central role in driving execution within a fast-growing, renewable-powered data center platform. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience scheduling and project controls for large-scale construction projects, coupled with managing a team Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel and Procore. AI Project scheduling and management tools: ALICE Technologies Deltek Acumen nPlan Forecast ClickUp Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM). Excellent communication, technical andorganizational skills, with proventrack recordof managing project controls teams. Ability to work in a fast-pacedand complex constructionenvironment. Other Important Requirements: Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies. Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied. Leadership Manage and build a team of schedulers, cost controllers and document controllers to deliver and support schedule and cost control review internally within IREN. Scheduling Develop, lead and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Curate look-ahead schedules and update progress against milestones. Analyze schedule impacts and recommend recovery plans for delays. Project Controls Track and report project costs, forecasts, and variances. Support earned value analysis and performance metrics. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders. Coordination Interface with project managers, construction managers, commissioning teams, and contractors/subcontractors/suppliers to coordinate and collaborate on schedules and project cost forecasts. Ensure alignment between schedule, procurement, resource plans and project budgets. Participate in risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate records of scheduleand costchanges and approvals. Ensure adherence to company standards and client reporting requirements.
