Lower School Substitute Teachers

Trevor Day School is a coeducational, Nursery-Grade 12 school in Manhattan. Lower School Substitute TeacherServe as a substitute teacher for a class of approximately 12 children. Depending on the grade level, you may be the assistant to another teacher in the room. You will be expected to communicate with the Head Teacher, other teachers in the grade-level and division, with specialists, and with other members of the staff and administration to promote the general well-being of each student and the Trevor Day School community. As a substitute teacher, you are expected to maintain a classroom environment that reflects and promotes the mission of Trevor Day School. Specific requirements:A Bachelor's degree is required.Early Childhood and/or Elementary classroom experience is a must.Spanish language skills are a plus
