Job Opportunity: BHSI has an exciting opportunity for a visionary and execution-focused senior leader to establish and lead our Boston based Emerging Technology team focused on building Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and skillsets and delivering innovative solutions that provide business impact. In this newly created role, one of the first calls to action will be identifying and attracting highly skilled software engineers with capabilities and character to build the foundation of the Emerging Technology Team. Additionally, the head of Emerging Technology will be responsible for advancing AI capabilities, driving innovation through use case development, and embedding AI into the fabric of our business. The leader will work closely with Architecture, technology functions, and business partners to ensure alignment and scalability. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
