Scope of PositionReporting directly to the Director of Engineering, the Structural Designer will play a key role in bringing innovative structures to life while supporting our internal teams and clients. This is your chance to contribute to something bigger, where your technical skills, design insight, and problem-solving mindset truly make an impact.ResponsibilitiesOperate in alignment with our core company valuesParticipate in engineering workload meetings as neededTravel occasionally to project or client sitesCreate precise construction and shop drawings using AutoCADHelp to generate preliminary designs for the sales teamPerform structural calculations on product componentsInterpret and apply AASHTO, ACI, ASCE, and relevant building codesReview and verify drawings for technical accuracy and completenessDevelop a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing processesQualificationsDegree in Civil Engineering Technology (or similar field)Proficiency in AutoCADExperience with construction and fabrication drawingsStrong ability to interpret consultant construction drawingsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentTeam player mindset with the ability to collaborate and meet deadlinesCapable of working independently with minimal supervision#LI-DNI
