The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, possess a thorough understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding food and beverage services. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight for all food and beverage operations, including lobbies, pools, bars, and additional dining venues, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences throughoutUphold and enhance luxury service standards across all touchpoints, with a focus on refined presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality excellenceChampion the execution of consistent and thoughtful service by developing and enforcing elevated standard operating procedures tailored to a luxury environmentCurate personalized, memorable dining experiences that anticipate guest preferences and consistently exceed expectationsHandle guest feedback with discretion, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyaltyLead the recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier food and beverage talent committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellenceInspire a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and collaboration through clear communication, ongoing mentorship, and a passion for continuous improvementSet performance benchmarks, conduct regular evaluations, and provide meaningful coaching to ensure team alignment with brand standards and guest expectationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality trends, dining etiquette, and international cuisine.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.Proficiency in using hospitality software and computer systems.Hotel Villagio & Vintage House offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
