You'll be the first impression for clients who are seeking help from one of our agents to find a new place to live. You will be responsible for all initial client communication across multiple social media platforms and office lines. You will own connecting our clients with the best possible free resource for them to find their new home, whether that's with us or someone else.What You'll DoField direct inquiries from clients via webform submissions, phone, text, & emailRespond to potential clients on Instagram, TikTok and FacebookConnect clients with our sales teamRepresent the Dwellinc brandWho You Are1-3 years of experience in customer serviceCan juggle high volume of conversations at onceHigh attention to detailLoves talking to peopleLightning fast on the keys with next to no typing errorsIndependent problem solverHip to Instagram + TikTok trendsWe're looking for growth-minded folks who give a shit about the work they do and the clients we serve.Dwellinc is a diverse team.
