This position is located at our headquarters in Marietta, GA. The hourly rates posted are the maximum rates for the position.This is a Part- time position. (less than 30 hours per week) Typical Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 3 pm PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Human Resources Department. This includes taking packages to UPS and making sure they are sent in a timely manner.Manage DOT cards, issue and return etc..Maintain Team member photo gallery onboarding and offboardingCreate DISC FramesVerify and maintain I-9 files OffboardingCreate separation notices and termination of service letters as needed. Benefits and Team Member servicesPrepare Birthday and work anniversary cards for mailingAssist with Benefits enrollments General AdministrativeGeneral FilingMaintain Uniform inventory sheetQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary functions.Language Skills :Superb written and verbal communication skills.Time Management: Strong time management and multitasking skillsReasoning Ability: able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Education Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment Driving Requirements Must have reliable transportation, a clean MVR and be eligible to be insured on MMS Liability insurance. Must have the ability to travel to various locations possibly out of state if needed.
