This role leads a small gardening team and focuses on detailed plant care, seasonal color, pruning, and garden bed presentation.The Garden Specialist ensures properties are maintained at the highest aesthetic standard by applying horticultural best practices, monitoring plant health, and directing seasonal tasks.
