Team members benefit from flexible scheduling, Responsible Time Off, medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with matching and profit sharing, paid training, and ongoing development resources.Key Responsibilities• Produce mechanical design elements accurately and on schedule in alignment with project specifications• Deliver design components consistent with project scope, hours, and parameters• Prepare engineering construction documents suitable for permitting• Participate in post-design activities including site surveys and punch lists through project completion• Ensure design quality aligns with established technical standards• Manage project timelines and coordinate design communication between the team and client• Provide consultation regarding schedules, deadlines, building codes, surveys, and standards• Produce complete engineering project specifications• Submit timely billing for assigned projects• Follow company work rules, policies, and procedures• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness• Assist with preparation of project-related materials as needed• Take on additional responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering• Demonstrated understanding of construction processes and interpretation of construction drawings• Expert knowledge of building codes and standards• Knowledge of mechanical engineering standards and related trades• Demonstrated superior expertise within a specific sector• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit• Excellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• EIT and/or PETravel RequirementsTravel anticipated: 0-10%CompensationEstimated Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)Equal Employment OpportunityThis employer provides equal employment opportunities based solely on qualifications without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, disability, age, or gender.
