Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited about the opportunity to work with a high growth company that is positioned to dominate a relatively untapped market. The SDR will be contacting Dentists across North America, and should be a well-organized, metrics-driven individual who enjoys a fast paced, highly collaborative work environment.ResponsibilitiesWork with Sales Development Manager, VP of Sales, as well as our Regional Sales Directors dailyHelp develop a strong territory plan, execute against campaigns, recognize competitors and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the entire sales teamEngage Dentists from any source, into a qualified demo, by leveraging multiple channels of communicationHelp maintain an immaculate CRM databaseLog activity and help track prospects & opportunities inside Salesloft and GongParticipate in weekly Sales Meetings, Pipeline & Activity Reviews, as well as Competitor KnowledgeWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to find, nurture, and qualify potential new leads and customersExplain the clients approach to delivering an industry leading SaaS solution, future goals, vision and desired outcome. Increasing the opportunity for potential customers.Goal is generating new outbound leads and setting business meetings for the senior sales team. Expected volume of 60 - 80 calls and emails a day.Ongoing training on products, the company and understanding the marketplaceSkills and experience1-5+ years of direct B2B inside sales or business development experienceExperience with Salesloft and GongFormal Sales Training in Sandler Sales, Challenger or others a plusHighly effective with successful sales lead generation activitiesExcellent verbal, written, computer, interpersonal and technical communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and business relationshipsThis position requires working in our Alpharetta, GA office 4 days/week.
