Service Line Manager - Soft CraftsLocation: Dallas, TXCompensation: $180,000-$250,000 Base + Performance BonusAbout the OpportunityWe're partnering with an established industrial services organization seeking a senior leader to oversee and grow its Soft Crafts service line across the Dallas region. This role blends operational leadership, technical oversight, financial accountability, and strategic expansion within industrial and mission critical project environments.The position is ideal for a leader who understands how to scale specialty craft capabilities, support field execution, and drive performance across coatings, insulation, fireproofing, surface preparation, scaffolding, and related service scopes.
