Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

Title: Maintenance Technician - DAY SHIFT Location: Janesville, WI (ON SITE ROLE)Salary: $23-$26/HR + OT + Benefits The Maintenance Technician will support the operation and maintenance of the biogas generation system (lagoon cover) and the biogas flare system.What You Will Be Doing Maintain process equipment, including but not limited to blowers, flares, instrumentation, and controls.Perform testing and analysis on lagoon performance.Support and assist the work of the Biogas Technicians.Safely drive between multiple farms.Follow all process safety requirements, including wearing a full-face respirator for several hours at a time.Perform duties related to the general maintenance and appearance of the operational facilities, including vegetation management and grounds keeping.Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirementsWhat You Need for this PositionHigh School diploma or GED is required.Trade school technical certification or training is preferred.Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting required.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent organization and planning skills.Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.Effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities are required.Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record report.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must comply with the companies core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.What's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to KELLY.TAYLOR@
