Position Overview:As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and provide accurate damage estimates using estimating software (CCC)Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians throughout the repair processReview and update estimates as needed to reflect supplemental damage found during repairMaintain up-to-date repair files and documentationCoordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate with the production team to ensure repair timelines are metEnsure all repairs follow OEM guidelines and industry best practicesHelp resolve customer concerns or disputes in a timely and professional mannerWhy Work With Us?Team-oriented cultureI-CAR Gold CertifiedOEM CertifiedStreamlined workflow for increased earning potentialOpportunities for professional growth and certificationCompetitive compensation and benefits (discussed upon interview)Commitment to safety, quality, and a positive work environmentRequirementsMitchell Connect Estimating experience preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in collision estimating or similar roleStrong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and insurance repair guidelinesProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteI-CAR certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
