Position SummaryThe Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping Crisp & Green running smoothly by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This role supports both back-of-house and service teams by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use, while also assisting with basic kitchen cleanliness and organization as needed.We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in cleanliness, consistency, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant.What You'll DoWash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep equipmentMaintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, trash, and recycling areasFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (health department standards)Support BOH team with light cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash runs)Assist with basic kitchen organization and restocking as neededCommunicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment at all timesWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctual with strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam-first mindset - willing to jump in and help where neededAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsWillingness to follow procedures and safety standards consistentlyPrevious dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not requiredSalary Description 14.00 + Tips
