RequirementsPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Cloud & AI Solutions to design and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions powered by modern cloud platforms and artificial intelligence.This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, and AI/LLM integration, with a focus on delivery ownership and solution implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and design practical technical solutions.Architect and guide development teams in building scalable microservices-based applications.Design and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-based solutions.Develop backend services using C# / .NET Core and Python.Build and integrate REST APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution workshops.Required Experience & SkillsTechnical Experience12+ years of software development and architecture experience.Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core and backend system development.Proficiency in Python for automation and AI integration.Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.Cloud & Platform EngineeringHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including:Application hosting and container platformsKubernetes-based deploymentsStorage and messaging servicesCI/CD pipeline automationAI & Intelligent AutomationExperience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.Knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.Exposure to agent-based AI systems or AI orchestration is highly desirable.Frontend & IntegrationExperience with Angular or React.Understanding of modern SPA application architecture.Soft SkillsStrong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.Solution-oriented and strategic thinking mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments.Leadership ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.BenefitsCompetitive salariesMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability, Life & AD&D Insurance401K With Generous Company MatchPaid Vacation and Personal LeavePre-Paid Commute OptionsEmployee Referral BonusesPerformance Based BonusesFlexible Work Options & Fun CultureContinuing Education ReimbursementsIn-House Technology Training
