The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting with people. You'll be the first and last impression our guests have - ensuring every checkout is efficient, accurate, and leaves them with a smile.Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality. Operate the register and handle all transactions accurately. Assist customers with questions, bagging, and locating products. Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow all sanitation standards. Process returns and exchanges with professionalism and care. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store flow and exceptional service. Follow cash-handling policies and ensure register accuracy at all times. Represent the Sara's brand with pride, passion, and professionalism.What We're Looking For Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred (grocery or retail experience a plus). Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude. Comfortable handling cash and learning point-of-sale systems. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
