We are currently seeking a Stylist to join our showroom in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-growing, innovative retail environment. You are:Passionate about fashion, personal style, and client experienceDetail-oriented and highly organizedEntrepreneurial and motivated by performanceConfident in building relationships and networkingComfortable using technology and digital toolsA strong communicator who listens wellAdaptable and eager to learnA team player who takes initiativeWhat are the responsibilities of the position?Client Experience & StylingConduct personalized consultations to understand each client's lifestyle, needs, and style goalsAdvise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and wardrobe buildingTake precise measurements and guide clients through the customization processConduct fittings and ensure garments meet Surmesur quality standardsFollow up with clients throughout the production processCreate memorable experiences that result in repeat business and referralsRelationship Building & SalesDevelop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-upsMaintain a personal client book and drive repeat businessIdentify wardrobe opportunities and recommend additional pieces when appropriateAchieve and exceed individual sales goalsDeliver the Surmesur "Wow" experience with every interactionShowroom OperationsMaintain an organized, professional, and visually inspiring showroom environmentAssist with visual merchandising updates and product presentationKeep client records and order details updated in internal systemsStay informed on new collections, fabrics, and company standardsSupport team initiatives and daily showroom operationsWhat experience do you need?2-3 years of customer service experience2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury environmentsKnowledge of men's fashion or custom clothing is an assetExperience working with CRM systems or Google Workspace toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization, time management, and prioritizationDiversity, Equity & InclusionAt SURMESUR, we subscribe to the principle of employment equity and invite women, visible minorities, native people, people with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+ people and otherwise marginalized people to apply.
