We are currently seeking one or two experienced, professional service technicians who are motivated to consistently produce 50-90 hours per week.Our shop currently employs 17 main shop technicians, and even during the slower season, we are unable to complete all scheduled work. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Use of video MPI technology in accordance with Subaru requirementsQualifications Strong understanding of the service driveDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skillsBasic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWe are an equal opportunity employer.
