The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent searches, and providing technical support for patent litigation cases. The Patent Agent will work closely with inventors and attorneys to protect our intellectual property rights and ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and filing patent applications Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to understand inventions Provide technical support for patent litigation cases Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field Registered as a Patent Agent with the USPTO Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for intellectual property law, we would love to hear from you.
