We are seeking a mission-driven professional to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technical innovation meets life-saving impact.Role SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will spearhead complex operational and manufacturing initiatives across global sites. This critical, direct-hire role involves overseeing high-stakes programs, including manufacturing transfers and operational optimizations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary conduit between Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Direct cross-functional initiatives supporting global manufacturing operations and strategic product transfers. Strategic Planning: Manage comprehensive project lifecycles, including resource allocation, timeline development, and deliverable tracking across diverse departments. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing updates, delivering professional milestone reporting to internal and external leadership. Operational Excellence: Facilitate daily stand-ups and technical reviews to maintain rigorous accountability and momentum. Global Coordination: Oversee multi-site projects, harmonizing workflows between domestic and international manufacturing facilities. Technical Tracking: Utilize advanced project management tools and Gantt scheduling to monitor critical paths and mitigate project risks.Professional Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of project management leadership within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or a similarly stringent regulatory environment. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Project and Gantt-based planning is essential. Leadership: Proven ability to exercise "influence without authority," driving cross-functional teams toward shared objectives in a matrixed organization. Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with manufacturing transfers, process improvements, and physical product lifecycles. Certification: PMP certification is considered a significant asset.#MFG123
