Tools of the Trade High school diploma or GED 3 years of previous experience Able to lift 50 lbs. Steel-toe boots Preferred experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting. Proven ability to consistently meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong comprehension of written and oral work instructions. Motivated and adaptable individual willing to learn new skill sets and assist in various areas as needed. Ability to perform minor consumable replacement when necessary. Knows how to utilize and understand the press software to print files. Successfully print on multiple substrates. Identify the parts and functions of the presses, along with understanding process groups. Basic computer skills and some mechanical experience preferred.
