Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!Responsibilities may include: Train and supervise clients who have developmental/ physical disabilities to acquire the skills needed to perform specific job tasks, work routines and personal life habits. Assist clients in performing their work responsibilities in a way that fosters independence, develop natural supports and helps to ensure retention. Provide daily job skills training with a focus on community employment and inclusion. Interact with all individuals in a way that respects the unique needs of all involved and provides meaningful outcomes.Requirements for this position include: Experience within the field of special education, developmental disabilities or in a youth-centered field is preferred. Professional, responsible, mature, and flexible. Knowledge of food industry, retail, and hospitality services preferred. Professionally maintain daily documentation.
