What You'll Do Lead structural design projects from concept through final construction documents Develop and review construction drawings and specifications Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations Contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellenceRequired Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong background in commercial project design Experience producing construction documents Ability to manage projects from initial concept to completionPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 3+ years of experience in structural design Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projectsYou will have the opportunity to: Work alongside a team of 80+ professionals, including licensed engineers and design specialists Be part of a company where principals stay personally involved in every project Collaborate across disciplines: MEP, structural, lighting, fire protection, and more Competitive compensation and growth opportunitiesReady to Apply?
