DescriptionAs the Head of Video Production, a typical day might include the following: Leading all video production and post-production efforts for CardVault by Tom Brady (CVTB), including weekly vlogs, branded content, and special projects Shooting, coordinating, and editing both short-form and long-form video content, ensuring consistency across platforms and alignment with brand standardsWorking closely with ownership and celebrity partners to develop, execute, and oversee video content that aligns with brand vision and strategic objectives.Developing and owning the overall video production strategy for CVTB, including content planning, creative direction, and performance monitoringManaging the full video production lifecycle from concept development through post-production and distributionOverseeing the physical and logistical aspects of video production, including equipment management, shoot schedules, budgets, and production workflowsManaging, mentoring, and directly supervising at least one videographer, with the potential to build and oversee a larger video team as the department scalesServing as the primary point of contact for major video collaborations, partnerships, expansions, and special projects, coordinating internally and externally as neededReviewing raw footage and guiding the creation of compelling edits, rough cuts, and final deliverablesOverseeing the organization and management of video assets, including recordings, screen captures, animations, and audio filesCapturing high-quality b-roll, event footage, and supplemental content to support storytelling and brand initiativesProducing platform-specific and short-form versions of content for use across social media channelsContributing creative ideas and leadership to continually elevate the quality, impact, and innovation of video contentResearching emerging trends, formats, and platforms to inform content strategy and maintain relevanceOverseeing YouTube channel management, including publishing workflows and long-term channel growth strategyOptimizing YouTube titles, descriptions, metadata, and transcriptions to improve visibility and performanceOther projects and duties as assignedRequirementsThis job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:Two or more years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production Proven experience managing video projects end-to-end, including planning, shooting, editing, and deliveryPrior experience leading or mentoring videographers or creative team membersExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite is required; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Motion skills are a plusStrong understanding of visual storytelling and brand-driven content creationStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both short-form and long-form video contentFlexible schedule, working remotely, adapt to changes in deadlines and project scopeKnowledgeable in various camera systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience producing content for YouTube and social platforms, with knowledge of platform-specific best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and make confident creative decisionsPhysical Demands / Work Environment / HoursThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
