Job Title:Manager, Sales Support Supply ChainDepartment:Sales Support DivisionLocation (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote):OnsiteFLSA Status (Exempt / Non-Exempt):ExemptReports To:Director, Sales Support DivisionJob SummaryLeads the Sales Support Division Supply Chain team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant planning, purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management. This role provides hands-on support as needed, drives process improvements, and partners closely with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Financial/Analysis teams to maintain cost-effective operations and a strong customer experience.Essential Job Functions Develop, train, and manage Supply Planning & Purchasing, Order Services, and Order Management teams. Provide daily operational leadership and coverage to support continuity of service and timely order processing. Perform hands-on work in Order Services, Buyer, and Logistics/Import Specialist capacities when needed to support the team. Manage ARKRAY's third-party logistics (3PL) partnership, including inventory deliveries, receiving, order fulfillment, shipments, product returns, and inventory transactions. Maintain data integrity between internal ERP systems and 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support accurate inventory visibility and order processing. Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness. Partner with the Financial/Analysis team to complete inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and analyze freight costs against budget. Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and pricing, including organizing and reviewing competitive proposals and negotiating terms. Collaborate with the Regulatory department to ensure storage and transportation processes comply with GDP and internal Quality Management Systems, including support for product holds or recalls. Research, propose, and implement workflow and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.Marginal / Non-Essential Functions Support special projects and other reasonably related business duties as assigned.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis position is primarily office-based with heavy keyboarding and prolonged computer use. Occasional exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, laboratory, or hospital environments may occur, including varying temperatures, low humidity, low lighting, noise, fumes, confined spaces, or liquid chemicals. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.Required Qualifications Four (4) years of prior experience in the supply chain/logistics industry. Experience managing a third-party logistics (3PL) company. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS integration. Strong analytical skills and ability to partner effectively with Financial/Analysis teams.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field.
