As a true third space for young families, Cloudbound parks will offer enriching, open-ended play for children alongside a clean, comfortable, and design-forward environment for caregivers.JOB SUMMARY:As a Cloud Associate, you are the face of the Cloudbound brand, the first smile families see when they arrive and the lasting impression they take with them when they leave. This role combines hospitality, customer engagement, and operational excellence to deliver an experience that is warm, memorable, and seamlessly executed.Cloud Associates are responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins, supporting café operations, assisting with play sessions and "Moments" classes, and ensuring every family feels part of the Cloudbound community. This position requires enthusiasm, attentiveness, and the ability to create genuine connections with families in a dynamic, high-energy environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:This section describes the essential functions of this role but is not intended to be all-inclusive. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.Guest Experience & EngagementWelcome every guest with energy and genuine warmth, greeting returning members and families by name whenever possible.Create meaningful, lasting impressions through hospitality, attentiveness, and proactive service.Support the overall guest journey from check-in to departure, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the facility.Sales & Membership Support:Manage guest check-ins, sales, and transactions efficiently and accurately.Confidently promote memberships, party packages, and retail offerings, helping families understand the value of joining the Cloudbound community.Assist with event preparation and on-site coordination for birthdays, special events, and group visits.Café Operations:Prepare and serve items at the Cloud Café, including coffee, waffles, pastries, and packaged snacks.Maintain a clean, organized café and retail environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.Assist with food preparation, restocking, and light inventory management as needed.Play & Program SupportAssist with "Moments" classes and open play sessions, following Cloudbound's structured curriculum and safety guidelines. Engage children and caregivers in activities that align with Cloudbound's mission of learning through play.Collaborate with team members to support smooth transitions between classes, playtime, and café service.Operational ExcellenceMaintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout all guest areas.Follow safety and operational procedures to ensure a premium, secure environment for children and families Support overall park operations as directed by management to ensure alignment with Cloudbound's brand standards.QUALIFICATIONS:Outgoing, positive, and passionate about people, especially families with young children.Reliable, punctual, and consistent, understanding that familiarity builds trust and connection with families.Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or childcare preferred but not required.Must be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card and CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.Compensation for this position is $18.00/hr.
