JOB SUMMARY:The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development. This remote position focuses on the U.S. Midwest and Texas region and requires approximately 50% travel. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at cultivating long-term relationships with end users and channel partners.What's In It For You: You'll join a dynamic, growing company offering a competitive base salary.You'll receive excellent benefits including auto and cell phone allowances, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Safety and Wellness Programs, 401k, and Bonus opportunities.You'll have access to a growing product portfolio and expanding target markets.KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:Revenue & GrowthAchieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned territory.Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and introduction of new products to existing accounts.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, including Purchasing, Operations, and R&D.Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each key client.Market Intelligence & CommunicationMonitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback through detailed call and monthly reports.Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and innovation based on customer needs.Travel & RepresentationRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism while traveling throughout the territory.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree2+ Years with direct B2B customer engagement sales, technical service, customer service or equivalent.Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel by car, air, or other means as required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.Technical background to complement selling skills.
