RAM Recruiting - The Pavilion at Canal Fulton is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead and manage the admissions process within the facility. This role is responsible for driving census growth, managing referrals, coordinating admissions, and building strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources. The ideal candidate understands the skilled nursing environment and can balance operational efficiency with strong communication and customer service. Key Responsibilities• Manage the full admissions process from referral through admission• Review clinical referrals and coordinate with nursing and leadership for acceptance• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral partners• Track referrals and conversion rates to support census growth• Coordinate admissions logistics with families and interdisciplinary teams• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with admission procedures• Collaborate with the Administrator and clinical team on census strategy Qualifications• Prior admissions or marketing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes• Experience working with hospital discharge planners and referral sources• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, census-driven environment What’s Being Offered• Competitive compensation aligned with experience• Opportunity to impact facility census and growth• Supportive leadership team• Long-term growth potential within the organization IND456
