Looking for a Talent Partner role where you can truly influence strategy, not just fill jobs? The Mahoney Group is actively seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Talent Partner for its team in Chandler, AZ. This hybrid role requires just three days in office, and two remote. As the Talent Partner, you'll lead full cycle recruiting efforts while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. Leveraging your expertise, you'll align talent initiatives with business goals and anticipate current and future talent needs. This role blends strategic talent acquisition, industry insight, and hands-on HR partnership. Why The Mahoney Group? Benefits & Perks: • Comprehensive company paid health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with matching contributions • Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) • Generous time off policy • Life insurance • Flexible spending account (FSA)• Health savings account (HSA) Job Duties Include: • Own and continuously improve the full talent lifecycle using data-driven strategies • Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, service, and support roles across 20+ states, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines• Develop and execute creative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives • Partner on key people initiatives including compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations • Provide backup payroll support to ensure operational continuity during team absences Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, preferred • 3+ years of prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience, required• Previous insurance brokerage experience, preferred• Active HR certification (SHRM or HRCI), strongly preferred If you bring a sales-minded approach, previous P&C experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams, let's talk.
