KIDS MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate and organized Kids Ministry Coordinator to support the mission of discipling children and partnering with families to raise the next generation to follow Jesus. This role provides key administrative, programmatic, and volunteer leadership support for the Kids Ministry team, helping create a Christ-centered, engaging, and safe environment for children each week.The Kids Ministry Coordinator assists with Sunday morning programming, recruits and supports volunteers, and helps plan special events such as camps and family gatherings. This individual will also help maintain ministry systems, coordinate communication with parents and volunteers, and ensure all Child Protection Policy (CPP) standards are followed.The ideal candidate is highly organized, relational, spiritually mature, and passionate about children's ministry. A bachelor's degree and prior experience in Kids Ministry or a related field are preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with digital tools such as Planning Center and Canva are important for success in this role.This position plays a meaningful part in equipping volunteers, supporting families, and helping children grow in their faith in a fun, safe, and engaging ministry environment.The Kids Ministry Coordinator role is 15 hours per week, non-exempt, and reports to the Kids Ministry Director.
