Design Intern / Junior Designer - Internship / Entry-LevelLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid - In-Office M/W/F, Remote Tues/Thurs)Reports To: Senior DesignerTeam: Creative / MarketingThe OpportunityIntellibright is looking for a Design Intern / Junior Designer who's eager to get real agency experience and learn how creative work supports strategy, performance, and measurable growth.This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on editorial layout and presentation design. You'll help turn complex ideas-marketing strategy, positioning, and performance data-into clear, structured, brand-aligned visual materials used across internal leadership and client-facing work.You will work directly with our Senior Designer and collaborate with marketing, strategy, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment.About IntellibrightIntellibright is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on measurable growth. It's about clarity, persuasion, brand consistency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.What You Will OwnEditorial & Presentation Design (Primary Focus)Design and refine slide decks for:Sales presentationsClient strategy proposalsInternal leadership materialsTransform dense content and data into clear, visually structured layoutsStrengthen hierarchy, typography, and clarity across presentation materialsHelp build and maintain scalable presentation templatesImage Sourcing & Web SupportSource high-quality, on-brand imagery for website builds and refreshesEdit and optimize images for web use (cropping, color correction, formatting)Support website design updates within FigmaMaintain organized, scalable asset librariesCreative & Brand SupportSupport the Senior Designer on internal and client branding initiativesAssist in producing one-sheeters, marketing collateral, and social graphicsEnsure brand consistency across all deliverablesKeep design files, templates, and systems structured and easy to reuseWhat Success Looks LikeSlide decks are clean, confident, and easy to follow-strong typography, spacing, and hierarchyComplex content (strategy + data) becomes simple, structured, and persuasiveTemplates and systems become more scalable over time (less reinventing, more consistency)You take feedback well and iterate fast without losing detailsThe team can rely on you for steady execution across multiple requests and prioritiesWhy This Role MattersAt Intellibright, strategy only creates value when it's communicated clearly and executed consistently.
