Job Description: APPOINTMENT: March 1, 2026RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of International Student Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and enroll international students. This role involves building relationships with prospective students, families, and educational partners worldwide, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and ensuring compliance with institutional and immigration policies. The Director is responsible for developing and executing activities to achieve international student recruitment targets, developing existing and future international target markets and ensuring a smooth and effective integration with the University's Admissions process.The Director will report to the Assistant Vice President for Admissions and Enrollment Support, but the focus of the work will be a collaborative effort to recruit and enroll new undergraduate and graduate international students. The Director will partner with key staff colleagues in the Office of Admissions, the Office of Graduate Studies, and individual academic departments and deans offices.SALARY: Annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000.
